You take care of the likings and pocket of the house owner, and plan accordingly with due consideration of the trade principles, but that is the end as soon payments are received. This is not desirable. The group has to take decision to investigate the building designed and constructed by associates to find the results. The study may be carried out in both types pre construction research project, and survey of houses already constructed eight to ten years back by the associates or others. We are morally bound to improve the knowledge and technique by which we are earning our livelihood, even at the cost of our gains, if the situation demands. Collect the information's under the following heads to draw some inferences. It would be better if you maintain secrecy with the house owners regarding faults committed by associates during Designing and Construction.
